Ms DUBBELAAR is responsible for the full lifecycle of our new fund offerings, from developing investment strategies to managing investor communications and facilitating due diligence processes. She brings extensive expertise in investor relations, fundraising, and capital markets, with a proven track record in capital raising for both debt and equity strategies. Ms DUBBELAAR was most recently with Phoenix Property Investors Hong Kong, where she worked on fundraising activities across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong, JLL, and JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group Spain.

Ms DUBBELAAR holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate, Investment and Finance from the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from HTH The Hague in the Netherlands.
